Skład ligi w sezonie 2001/2002
W lidze rywalizowało osiemnaście drużyn – siedemnaście z poprzedniego sezonu i jedna z Cymru Alliance: Caernarfon Town (mistrz Cymru Alliance), który zastąpił Inter Cardiff. Llanelli AFC uniknął spadku, ponieważ żadna z drużyn Welsh Football League Division One nie otrzymała licencji na grę w walijskiej Premier League.
