Bieg na dystansie jednej mili mężczyzn był jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas I Igrzyskach Imperium Brytyjskiego w 1930 roku w kanadyjskim mieście Hamilton. Zwycięzcą tej konkurencji został reprezentant Anglii Reg Thomas. W rywalizacji wzięło udział dziewięciu zawodników z pięciu reprezentacji.
