Lekkoatletyka na Igrzyskach Wspólnoty Narodów 2018 – jedna z dyscyplin podczas Igrzysk Wspólnoty Narodów 2018 w Gold Coast. Rozegrane zostało 58 konkurencji, które odbyły się w dniach 8–15 kwietnia 2018 roku w Carrara Stadium. W zawodach wzięło udział 930 zawodników z 68 państw.
