Skok w dal kobiet podczas XVIII Letnich Igrzysk Olimpijskich w Tokio rozegrano 14 października 1964 (kwalifikacje i finał) na Stadionie Olimpijskim w Tokio. Zwyciężczynią została Brytyjka Mary Rand, która w finale ustanowiła rekord świata skokiem na odległość 6,76 m[1].
