Skok wzwyż mężczyzn podczas XVIII Letnich Igrzysk Olimpijskich w Tokio rozegrano 20 (kwalifikacje) i 21 października 1964 (finał) na Stadionie Olimpijskim w Tokio. Zwycięzcą został Walerij Brumel ze Związku Radzieckiego, srebrny medalista poprzednich igrzysk olimpijskich w Rzymie, który w finale ustanowił nowy rekord olimpijski wynikiem 2,18 m[1].
