Rzut dyskiem mężczyzn – jedna z konkurencji lekkoatletycznych rozegranych podczas igrzysk olimpijskich w Londynie.
Obrońcą tytułu mistrzowskiego z 2008 roku był Estończyk Gerd Kanter. Ustalone przez IAAF minima kwalifikacyjne do igrzysk wynosiły 65,00 (minimum A) oraz 63,00 (minimum B)[1].
Eliminacje odbyły się 6 sierpnia, zaś finał dzień później.
