Bieg sztafetowy 4 × 400 metrów kobiet – jedna z konkurencji lekkoatletycznych rozgrywanych podczas igrzysk olimpijskich w Rio de Janeiro. Zawody odbyły się 18 i 19 sierpnia 2016 roku[1].
Obrońcą złotego medalu olimpijskiego z 2012 roku była sztafeta Stanów Zjednoczonych[2].
