Sztafeta 4 × 400 metrów mężczyzn – jedna z konkurencji rozegranych podczas zawodów lekkoatletycznych letniej uniwersjady w Turynie w roku 1970. Areną zmagań sprinterów był stadion miejski. Złoty medal wywalczyła reprezentacja Stanów Zjednoczonych ustanawiając nowy rekord uniwersjady.
