Let’s Get It: Thug Motivation 101 jest pierwszym dużym albumem i trzecim ogólnie amerykańskiego rapera Younga Jeezy’ego. Był promowany czterema singlami "And Then What", "Soul Survivor", "Go Crazy" i "My Hood". Wszystkie teledyski zostały wyświetlone na takich kanałach telewizyjnych jak BET, VH1 i MTV.
Album uzyskał status platynowej płyty przez RIAA pod koniec 2005 roku. Wydanie w Wielkiej Brytanii zawiera jeden dodatkowy utwór do remixu "Go Crazy" z gościnnym udziałem Jay-Z.
