Aeriwentha "Mae" Faggs (ur. 10 kwietnia 1932 w Mays Landing, w stanie New Jersey, zm. 27 stycznia 2000 w Woodlawn, w stanie Ohio) – amerykańska lekkoatletka specjalizująca się w biegach sprinterskich, trzykrotna uczestniczka letnich igrzysk olimpijskich (Londyn 1948, Helsinki 1952, Melbourne 1956), dwukrotna medalistka olimpijska w sztafecie 4 x 100 metrów (1952 – złota, 1956 – brązowa).
