Matthew „Matt” Centrowitz Jr. (ur. 18 października 1989 w Beltsville, w stanie Maryland[1]) – amerykański lekkoatleta specjalizujący się w biegach średnich i długich. Złoty medalista olimpijski igrzysk w Rio de Janeiro w 2016 roku.
W 2008 zajął jedenastą lokatę w biegu na 5000 metrów podczas mistrzostw świata juniorów, a trzy lata później zdobył w Daegu brązowy medal mistrzostw świata w biegu na 1500 metrów. Na siódmej lokacie zakończył bieg na 1500 metrów podczas halowych mistrzostw świata w 2012. Wicemistrz świata na 1500 metrów z Moskwy (2013). W 2016 sięgnął po złoty medal halowych mistrzostw świata w Portland oraz stanął na najwyższym stopniu podium igrzysk olimpijskich. Stawał na podium mistrzostw NCAA oraz mistrzostw USA.
Rekordy życiowe: bieg na 1500 metrów – 3:30,40 (17 lipca 2015, Monte Carlo); bieg na 5000 metrów – 13:00,39 (10 września 2019, Beaverton).
Jego ojciec – Matthew Centrowitz także był lekkoatletą (biegaczem), olimpijczykiem[1].
