Medal Służby Publicznej ang. Public Service Medal, skr. PSM) – australijskie cywilne odznaczenie ustanowione 18 października 1989.
Przyznawane jest zatrudnionym na wszystkich poziomach w sektorze publicznym za nadzwyczajną służbę („for outstanding service”).
Medal został zaprojektowany przez Stuarta Devlina.
Rocznie odznacza urzędników się do wyczerpania maksymalnej kwoty 100 medali.
W australijskiej kolejności starszeństwa odznaczeń zajmuje miejsce bezpośrednio po Medalu Wybitnej Służby, a przed Medalem Australijskim Policyjnym.
Osoby odznaczone tym medalem mają prawo umieszczać po swoim nazwisku litery „PSM”.
