Mistrzostwa Świata Kobiet w Curlingu 1984 odbyły się między 25 a 30 marca 1984 w szkockim Perth, w Perth Ice Arena.
Tytuł mistrzów świata po trzech latach przerwy zdobyły Kanadyjki (Connie Laliberte) pokonując w finale broniące tytułu mistrzyń Szwajcarki (Brigitte Kienast) 10:0. Brązowy medal zdobyły po porażce w półfinale Niemki (Almut Hege).
