Mistrzostwa Świata Mężczyzn w Curlingu 1981 odbyły się między 23 a 29 marca 1981 w kanadyjskim London, w Thompson Arena.
Tytuł mistrzów świata z 1980 broniła drużyna z Kanady. Nowymi mistrzami zostali Szwajcarzy, którzy w finale pokonali Amerykanów 2:1. Brązowy medal zdobyli Kanadyjczycy po przegranej 4:7 w półfinale ze Szwajcarią.
