Mistrzostwa Świata Mężczyzn w Curlingu 1982 odbyły się między 29 marca a 4 kwietnia 1982 w niemieckim Garmisch-Partenkirchen, w Olympic Eisstadion. Mistrzostwa świata rozegrano tutaj również 10 lat wcześniej i 10 lat później.
Tytuł mistrzów świata z 1981 broniła drużyna ze Szwajcarii. Mistrzami zostali ponownie po roku przerwy Kanadyjczycy, którzy w finale pokonali obrońców tytułu 9:7. Brązowy medal po przegranej w półfinale 4:7 zdobyli gospodarze.
