19. Mistrzostwa świata w kajakarstwie górskim odbyły się w dniach 12–16 czerwca 1985 w zachodnioniemieckim Augsburgu. Zawodnicy rywalizowali ze sobą w ośmiu konkurencjach: czterech indywidualnych i czterech drużynowych.
