22. Mistrzostwa świata w kajakarstwie górskim odbyły się w dniach 19–23 czerwca 1991 roku w Tacen, w Jugosławii. Zawodnicy rywalizowali ze sobą w ośmiu konkurencjach: czterech indywidualnych i czterech drużynowych.
