Sztafeta 4 × 100 metrów kobiet – jedna z konkurencji rozegranych podczas 12. Mistrzostw Świata w Lekkoatletyce na stadionie olimpijskim w Berlinie.
Wyznaczone przez IAAF minimum kwalifikacyjne do udziału w biegu wynosiło 43,90[1]. Trzy biegi eliminacyjne rozegrano 22 sierpnia 2009 o godzinie 18:00 czasu berlińskiego. Finał - z udziałem ośmiu najlepszych reprezentacji - miał miejsce tego samego dnia o godzinie 20:00.

Eliminacje
Z biegów eliminacyjnych do finału z każdego z trzech biegów awansowały dwie pierwsze sztafety. Ośmiozespołowy finał uzupełniły dwie sztafety z najlepszymi czasami wśród przegranych.

Flag of Jamaica. “The sunshine, the land is green, and the people are strong and bold” is the symbolism of the colours of the flag. GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people.
