Rywalizacja mężczyzn w half-pipe'ie podczas mistrzostw świata w Kreischbergu została rozegrana 22 stycznia na trasie Johnny. Mistrzostwa świata sprzed dwóch lat nie obronił Amerykanin David Wise, który nie startował w tej imprezie. Nowym mistrzem świata został jego kolega z reprezentacji, Kyle Smaine. Srebrny medal wywalczył Francuz Joffrey Pollet-Villard, natomiast na najniższym stopniu podium stanął Yannic Lerjen ze Szwajcarii, który awansował na trzecie miejsce w ostatnim przejeździe.
