Rywalizacja mężczyzn w muldach podwójnych podczas mistrzostw świata w Utah została rozegrana na trasie o nazwie Champion. Fazy 1/32 oraz 1/16 finału rozegrano 9 lutego 2019 roku o 16:25[1], z kolei pozostałe rundy tego samego dnia o 19:00[2]. Złoty medal wywalczył Kanadyjczyk Mikaël Kingsbury, który pokonał w dużym finale Bradleya Wilsona z USA. W małym finale triumfował Japończyk Daichi Hara, zdobywając tym samym brązowy medal.
