Mistrzostwa Świata w Netballu 1991 – 8. edycja mistrzostw świata w netballu, która odbyła się w Australii. Po raz szósty mistrzostwo świata zdobyła reprezentacja gospodarzy. W turnieju udział wzięło 20 drużyn. Mecze zostały rozegrane w Sydney w dwóch halach sportowych: Sydney Entertainment Centre oraz State Sports Centre.
