Pchnięcie kulą mężczyzn było jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas II Mistrzostw Europy w Paryżu. Zostało rozegrane w niedzielę, 4 września 1938 roku. Zwycięzcą tej konkurencji został Estończyk Aleksander Kreek. W rywalizacji wzięło udział dwunastu zawodników z dziewięciu reprezentacji.
