Rzut oszczepem kobiet był jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas II Mistrzostw Europy w Wiedniu. Został rozegrany 18 września 1938 roku. Zwyciężczynią tej konkurencji została Niemka Lisa Gelius. W rywalizacji wzięło udział osiem zawodniczek z sześciu reprezentacji.
