Skok wzwyż mężczyzn był jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas II Mistrzostw Europy w Paryżu. Został rozegrany w poniedziałek, 5 września 1938 roku. Zwycięzcą tej konkurencji został Szwed Kurt Lundqvist. W rywalizacji wzięło udział czternastu zawodników z jedenastu reprezentacji.
