Sztafeta 4 × 100 metrów mężczyzn była jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas V Mistrzostw Europy w Bernie. Biegi eliminacyjne zostały rozegrane 27 sierpnia, a bieg finałowy 29 sierpnia 1954 roku. Zwycięzcą tej konkurencji została sztafeta węgierska w składzie: László Zarándi, Géza Varasdi, György Csányi i Béla Goldoványi. W rywalizacji wzięło udział pięćdziesięciu sześciu zawodników z czternastu reprezentacji.
