Friedrich Janke w 1956
Bieg na dystansie 10 000 metrów mężczyzn był jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas VII Mistrzostw Europy w Belgradzie. Został rozegrany 12 września 1962 roku. Zwycięzcą tej konkurencji został reprezentant ZSRR Piotr Bołotnikow. W rywalizacji wzięło udział dwudziestu sześciu zawodników z szesnastu reprezentacji.
