Doris Müller
Rzut dyskiem kobiet był jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas VII Mistrzostw Europy w Belgradzie. Kwalifikacje i finał zostały rozegrane 15 września 1962. Zwyciężczynią tej konkurencji została reprezentantka ZSRR Tamara Press, mistrzyni Europy z 1958 oraz rekordzistka świata, która zwyciężyła również w pchnięciu kulą. W rywalizacji wzięło udział osiemnaście zawodniczek z dziesięciu reprezentacji.
