Pchnięcie kulą kobiet było jedną z konkurencji rozgrywanych podczas VIII Mistrzostw Europy w Budapeszcie. Rozegrano od razu finał 30 sierpnia 1966. Zwyciężczynią tej konkurencji została reprezentantka ZSRR Nadieżda Cziżowa. W rywalizacji wzięło udział czternaście zawodniczek z dziewięciu reprezentacji.
