Mistrzostwa krajów bałkańskich w lekkoatletyce
Mistrzostwa krajów bałkańskich w lekkoatletyce – zawody lekkoatletyczne organizowane co roku pod egidą Związku Lekkoatletycznego Krajów Bałkańskich.
Igrzyska bałkańskie pierwszy raz odbyły się w 1929 roku, a w 1930 roku zostały oficjalnie uznane. W 1946 i 1947 zawody rozegrano pod nazwą Igrzysk Bałkanów i Europy Środkowej, a w imprezie uczestniczyła także reprezentacja Węgier. W kolejnych latach zawody w różnych konkurencjach – także lekkoatletyce – odbywały się w różnych lokalizacjach[1].
