Finał prowincji odbył się w dniach 6 -9 stycznia 2010 w Gander na lodowisku Gander Curling Club. Obrończynią tytułu mistrzowskiego była Heather Strong , która wygrywała mistrzostwa prowincji od 2005 .
Do finałów dotarły drużyny Shelley Nichols i Heather Strong. Strong, jako że grała w półfinałach, musiała wygrać dwukrotnie z Shelley Nichols, pierwszy mecz finałowy zakończył się wynikiem 6:3 dla obrończyni tytułu. Drugi pojedynek przejmując extra end wygrała (9:8) Nichols.
