Okręg Dillingham położony jest nad Zatoką Bristolską. Największym miastem położonym na obszarze okręgu jest Dillingham.
Zamieszkany przez 4847 osób. Największy odsetek ludności stanowią rdzenni mieszkańcy (71,6%) oraz ludność biała (18,1%)[1].
