Okręg wyborczy Lincoln powstał w 1265 r. i wysyłał do angielskiej, a później brytyjskiej, Izby Gmin dwóch deputowanych. W 1885 r. liczbę mandatów przypadających na okręg zmniejszono do jednego. Okręg obejmuje miasto Lincoln i okoliczne wsie.
