Okręg wyborczy Wycombe powstał w 1295 r. i wysyłał do angielskiej, a następnie brytyjskiej, Izby Gmin dwóch deputowanych. W 1868 r. liczbę mandatów przypadających na okręg zmniejszono do jednego. Okręg obejmuje miasto High Wycombe w hrabstwie Buckinghamshire.
