Zawody na dystansie 100 m stylem dowolnym mężczyzn podczas 16. Mistrzostwa Świata w Pływaniu rozegrano w dniach 5-6 sierpnia 2015 r. na stadionie Kazań Ariena w Kazaniu. Do rywalizacji zgłoszono 119 zawodników. Na starcie stanęło 115 pływaków ze 100 krajów[1]. Złoty medal zdobył reprezentant Chin, Ning Zetao, srebrny Australijczyk Cameron McEvoy, a brązowy Argentyńczyk Federico Grabich[2].
