100 m stylem klasycznym mężczyzn – jedna z konkurencji, która odbyła się podczas Mistrzostw Świata w Pływaniu 2019. Eliminacje i półfinały miały miejsce 21 lipca, a finał 22 lipca.
Po raz trzeci z rzędu tytuł mistrza świata zdobył Brytyjczyk Adam Peaty, uzyskawszy w finale czas 57,14. Srebrny medal zdobył rodak Peaty'ego, James Wilby (58,46). Brąz wywalczył Chińczyk Yan Zibei, który ustanowił nowy rekord Azji (58,63).
Dzień wcześniej, w półfinale Peaty czasem 56,88 pobił rekord świata i jako pierwszy zawodnik w historii uzyskał w tej konkurencji wynik poniżej 57 sekund.
