50 m stylem dowolnym mężczyzn – jedna z konkurencji, która odbyła się podczas Mistrzostw Świata w Pływaniu 2019. Eliminacje i półfinały miały miejsce 26 lipca, a finał 27 lipca.

Tytuł mistrza świata obronił Amerykanin Caeleb Dressel i czasem 21,04 poprawił rekord mistrzostw i swojego kraju. Srebrne medale zdobyli Brazylijczyk Bruno Fratus i reprezentant Grecji Kristian Gołomeew. Obaj zawodnicy uzyskali czas 21,45. Reprezentant Polski Paweł Juraszek zajął siódme miejsce (21,67).
