50 m stylem grzbietowym mężczyzn – jedna z konkurencji, która odbyła się podczas Mistrzostw Świata w Pływaniu 2019. Eliminacje i półfinały miały miejsce 27 lipca, a finał 28 lipca.
Mistrzem świata został reprezentant Południowej Afryki Zane Waddell, który uzyskał czas 24,43. Pozostałe miejsca na podium zajęli Rosjanie: srebrny medal wywalczył Jewgienij Ryłow (24,49), a brązowy Klimient Kolesnikow (24,51).
