Pandemia COVID-19 na Islandii – pandemia zachorowań na ostrą zakaźną chorobę układu oddechowego COVID-19 wywoływaną przez wirusa SARS-CoV-2.
Obecność wirusa na Islandii potwierdzono w lutym 2020 r. 26 lipca 2020 całkowita liczba potwierdzonych przypadków wyniosła 1854 z czego 1823 wyzdrowiały, a 10 zmarło. Przy liczbie ludności 366 130 (stan na 31 marca 2020 r.) współczynnik zakażeń wynosi 1 przypadek na 203 mieszkańców i był jednym z najwyższych na świecie w marcu i kwietniu.
