Paul Vincent Costello (ur. 27 grudnia 1894 w Filadelfii, zm. 17 kwietnia 1986 tamże[1]) – wioślarz amerykański, mistrz olimpijski. Trzykrotny medalista olimpijski.
Brał udział w trzech igrzyskach (IO 20, IO 24, IO 28), za każdym razem zdobywał złote medale - triumfował w dwójce podwójnej. Podczas pierwszych dwóch startów partnerował mu John B. Kelly, w 1928 płynął z nim Charles McIlvaine. W 1919 i 1922 zostawał mistrzem kraju w jedynce.
