Peldon – wieś i civil parish w Anglii, w hrabstwie Essex, w dystrykcie Colchester[1]. Leży 31 km na wschód od miasta Chelmsford i 79 km na północny wschód od Londynu[2]. W 2011 roku civil parish liczyła 559 mieszkańców[3]. Peldon jest wspomniana w Domesday Book (1086) jako Peltenduna[4].

St. Mary the Virgin church, Peldon, Essex. This church suffered damage from an earthquake at the end of the 19th century and the tower had to be repaired. It is a very interesting looking church, from the outside, and inside there is fine hammerbeam roof.
