Peterhouse – najstarsze z kolegiów (ang. colleges) wchodzących w skład Uniwersytetu Cambridge.

Kolegium zostało założone w 1284 roku przez Hugo de Balsham, biskupa Ely. Z oryginalnych budynków zachowała się jedynie XIII-wieczna jadalnia.
