Phillip William "Otto" Stekl (ur. 20 stycznia 1956[1]), amerykański wioślarz. Srebrny medalista olimpijski z Los Angeles.
Zawody w 1984 były jego jedynymi igrzyskami olimpijskimi. Srebrny medal zdobył, pod nieobecność sportowców z części Bloku Wschodniego, w czwórce ze sternikiem. Osadę tworzyli także David Clark, Jonathan Smith i Alan Forney. Był uczestnikiem kilku edycji mistrzostw świata[2]).
