Piętnówki (Hadeninae) – podrodzina motyli w obrębie rodziny sówkowatych (Noctuidae). Jest bardzo liczna: wyróżnia się kilka tysięcy gatunków i 382 rodzaje[1]. Do piętnówek należy wiele szkodników upraw, z czego w Polsce szczególnie szkodliwe są gatunki z rodzaju Mamestra (m.in. piętnówka kapustnica, piętnówka brukiewka).
