Players Tour Championship 2011/2012 – Turniej 12 − ostatni turniej z cyklu 12 rankingowych turniejów Players Tour Championship, który został/zostanie rozegrany w 2 etapach: pierwsze 3 rundy zostały rozegrane w dniach 15–16 grudnia 2011 w World Snooker Academy w Sheffield (Anglia), natomiast reszta została dokończona w dniach 6–8 stycznia 2012 roku w Event Forum w Fürstenfeldbruck (Niemcy).
