Rywalizacja w wadze do 75 kg mężczyzn w podnoszeniu ciężarów na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1948 odbyła się 10 sierpnia 1948 roku w hali Earls Court Exhibition Centre. W rywalizacji wystartowało 24 zawodników z 18 krajów. Tytułu z poprzednich igrzysk nie obronił Egipcjanin Chadr at-Tuni, który tym razem zajął czwarte miejsce. Nowym mistrzem olimpijskim został Frank Spellman z USA, srebrny medal wywalczył jego rodak - Peter George, a trzecie miejsce zajął Koreańczyk Kim Seong-jip.
