Rywalizacja w wadze do 75 kg mężczyzn w podnoszeniu ciężarów na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1952 odbyła się 26 lipca 1952 roku w hali Messuhalli. W rywalizacji wystartowało 21 zawodników z 20 krajów. Tytułu sprzed czterech lat nie obronił Frank Spellman z USA, który nie startował. Nowym mistrzem olimpijskim został jego rodak - Pete George, srebrny medal wywalczył Kanadyjczyk Gerry Gratton, a trzecie miejsce zajął Kim Seong-jip z Korei Południowej.
