Rywalizacja w wadze do 75 kg mężczyzn w podnoszeniu ciężarów na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1960 odbyła się 8 września 1960 roku w hali Palazzetto dello Sport. W rywalizacji wystartowało 27 zawodników z 20 krajów. Tytułu sprzed czterech lat nie obronił Fiodor Bogdanowski z ZSRR, który tym razem nie startował. Nowym mistrzem olimpijskim został jego rodak - Aleksandr Kurynow, srebrny medal zdobył Tommy Kono z USA, a trzecie miejsce zajął Węgier Győző Veres.
