Rywalizacja w wadze do 108 kg mężczyzn w podnoszeniu ciężarów na Letnich Igrzyskach Olimpijskich 1996 odbyła się 29 lipca 1996 roku w hali Georgia World Congress Center. W rywalizacji wystartowało 23 zawodników z 18 krajów. Tytułu sprzed czterech lat nie obronił Niemiec Ronny Weller, który tym razem startował w innej kategorii wagowej. Nowym mistrzem olimpijskim został Timur Tajmazow z Ukrainy, srebrny medal wywalczył Rosjanin Siergiej Syrcow, a trzecie miejsce zajął Nicu Vlad z Rumunii.
