Puchar Świata kobiet w kolarstwie szosowym w sezonie 2012 to 15. edycja tej imprezy. Organizowany przez UCI, obejmował osiem wyścigów, z czego siedem odbyło się w Europie, a jeden w Azji. Pierwsze zawody odbyły się 10 marca w holenderskim Hoogeveen, a ostatnie 25 sierpnia we francuskim Plouay.
Trofeum sprzed roku broniła Holenderka Annemiek van Vleuten. Tym razem w klasyfikacji generalnej najlepsza okazała się jej rodaczka - Marianne Vos (po raz czwarty w karierze).

The version with a profile view was based on Flags of the World and as a fictional design has no status warranting a place on any Wiki.
