Puchar Świata kobiet w kolarstwie szosowym w sezonie 2013 to 16. edycja tej imprezy. Organizowany przez UCI, obejmował osiem wyścigów, z czego siedem odbyło się w Europie, a jeden w Azji. Pierwsze zawody odbyły się 9 marca w holenderskim Hoogeveen, a ostatnie 31 sierpnia we francuskim Plouay.
Trofeum sprzed roku obroniła Holenderka Marianne Vos. Był to jej piąty triumf w klasyfikacji generalnej w karierze, przy czym drugi z rzędu.
